What is Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a delivery option you can select when placing an order in our webshop. Instead of having your order shipped to your home, you pick it up from us in Scheffau am Tennengebirge. You can choose between two options:
- Click & Collect Flagship Store
- Click & Collect Locker
Click & Collect Flagship Store
With this option, your order will be prepared for pickup at our Flagship Store in Scheffau am Tennengebirge. Pickup is available during our opening hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Click & Collect Locker
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our Click & Collect Locker – a parcel locker located directly in front of our Flagship Store in Scheffau. The key advantage: the locker is also accessible outside the Flagship Store's opening hours, giving you more flexibility to collect your order.
How pickup at the locker works:
As soon as your order has been placed in the locker, you will receive an email with a personal QR code. To collect your order, simply scan this QR code at the locker's camera lens – the compartment will open automatically.
Is there a fee for Click & Collect?
No, Click & Collect is free of charge – regardless of whether you choose the Flagship Store or the Locker for pickup.
How long can I collect my order?
Your order will be available for pickup for 7 days. Please make sure to collect your order within this timeframe.
