How long will it take for the order to arrive
Standard Delivery: We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can find the delivery times below:

- Austria & Germany: max. 3 working days

We reserve the right to split your order and dispatch them separately if this will decrease order processing time and it is reasonable for the buyer. No additional shipping costs shall be incurred in this case.

 

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address
Yes, different addresses can be submitted during the checkout process. Shipping currently available to Austria and Germany only.

Please note: We cannot ship to Packstation or PO Box addresses.

 

What can I do in case my order arrives later than expected
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 working day and deliver it according to our estimated delivery days (for more information see “How long will it take for my order to arrive?”).

However, in case there are any delays with your order, please contact our customer service using the contact form on our website.

 

Will I have to pay customs or import charges for my order
Within the EU: Free from any customs charges.

What does 3D-Secure process mean
The internet offers a vast number of opportunities for online shopping but involves some risks, too. Thus, payment security is particularly important. We are glad to offer the ideal solution: Verified by Visa (VbV) or MasterCard SecureCode (MCSC). This means your credit card is protected by your personal password against unauthorised use.

 

What does SSL encryption mean
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security technology guaranteeing the security of the transmission via internet of your personal data including credit card information. The data are encrypted in such a manner that they can only be read by the payment system. Every time the URL in the browser commences with https://... you are in a secure area. The entire shop is secured and thus protected against third-party access by the SSL protocol.

Order return
Yes, you can return all items purchased in the webshop within 14 days of receipt. Please note, that returned goods should be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. If the quality of the goods is impaired, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly. Personalised products which are individually made to order cannot be returned. These include mounted bindings on skis.

 

How to return the order
You can use the return label enclosed with your order. In case there was no return label in your package, please request a label from the customer service team which will be e-mailed to you shortly after.

How to return the goods
Step 1: Select the item(s) you wish to return and state your reason for return on the feedback form. Place everything inside the box.

Step 2: We recommend you return your items using the packaging in which your order was delivered. If you're unable to do this, please find a plain, unmarked card box that ensures that the return will arrive undamaged.

Step 3: If there are any pre-existing shipping labels or stickers on the box, please remove them.

Step 4: Seal the box and attach the return label (for further information see ""Are there any return fees?""). Please make sure that the return label is visible as it will be scanned by the courier.

Step 5: Take your package to a post office or a known parcel service station. We recommend you use the same courier that delivered your order (DHL). Please keep the postal receipt until you receive an email informing you that the return has been received at our warehouse.

 

Return fees
You do not pay any return fees.

 

How to receive the refund
You will receive your refund through the same payment method/ account you used to place the order.
If you used a gift card for your purchase, the gift card will be refunded first and can be used again on future purchases. The remainder of the refund will be made to your (other) chosen payment method.

 

When do I receive my refund
Upon receiving all returns, our warehouse will process the items and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will credit the corresponding amount to your account no later than 14 days after the confirmation. The time for your refund to arrive to your account depends on your bank or credit provider.

 

Exchange items
Currently we are unable to offer an exchange service. Should you wish to receive an item in another colour or size, please return the unsuitable item for a refund, and place a new order for the alternative item.

You can retrieve your order history at any time. You can place your orders more quickly as your invoice and delivery address are stored.

 

Forgotten your Password
If you forget your password, please click on the link “I forgot my password?” during the log-in process. In the next step, please enter the e-mail address used for registration. An e-mail with the possibility to reset your password will be sent to your entered e-mail address.

Your payment options might differ depending on your delivery address. You will find the available options in the payment section of the checkout.

- Pay now: Pay directly at the checkout using a debit or credit card.

- Can be used by any Apple product user.
- Customer first need to enable Apple Pay on their device and add a credit or debit card to their wallet app.

 

Google Pay:
- Can be used by any Google account holder.
- Customer first need to add a payment method to their account/app.

 

Where to find the invoice
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an separate e-mail including the invoice. Should you not receive your invoice, please contact us via the contact form in the service center.

Order Confirmation
Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail. In case you did not receive the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

 

Order Limitation
No, as a general rule there is no limitation on orders in the VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports Shop. However, you cannot order more than 10 pieces of any individual item (10 products of equal colour and size) per order.

 

Deliverabilty of selected Products
Usually, only items that are actually available are shown in our VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports Webshop. Unavailable sizes are shown in grey. Although our database is updated on an ongoing basis, in exceptional cases, a certain item might be sold out between the product selection and the checkout confirmation. In very rare cases, a product may not be available when we pack your order. If this happens, we will notify you immediately.

 

Back in stock
Yes, as a general rule, any item that was sold out in a certain size and/or color might be available at a later time. In order to make sure, please re-check the related site from time to time. Currently we do not offer any automation message sent.

 

Order per phone or mail
Please understand that currently we cannot accept orders placed by phone or e-mail. You can order 24/7 in the VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports webshop.
